I was very moved by your creative sonnet.

You show capability in writing sonnet style but also effectively encapsulate feelings of grief and loss.

The beginning to your blog about the form of sonnets intrigued me as you have accurately and simply described the way in how it is to be written, making it very easy for readers to understand. This is reflected in your sonnet as you have clearly adhered by Shakespeare’s rules and thus aiding your sonnet to be as powerful as it is.

I particularly love how you have related the inserted image into the lines,

Who knows beyond the final breath of air

What prevails, eternal sunshine or night?

All I know is the rainbow at sunset

The beautiful rainbow surrounded by an ominous  gloom, aides your sonnet as it becomes a visual image to your feelings.

Your blog reminds me how I need to practice writing poetry!  I cannot attempt to make any corrections as I believe you have beautifully written your sonnet.
